She has served on a number of Boards and non-profit organizations and has a long and successful track record of community involvement and support.   Zulema was invited to join the MPPP Board of Directors and was given a warm welcome at the February, 2021 meeting.
In the past, she volunteered as a Summer Youth Intern Mentor and enjoyed it so much that she plans to do it again in addition to volunteering as a docent and as the Volunteer Coordinator.  Zulema's goal as the Volunteer Coordinator is to continue to strengthen the volunteer recognition program and grow volunteer stewardship activities to include special tours of other historic places where there is a shared passion for the history and the rocks of our beautiful and culturally rich area. In addition to giving new volunteers a warm welcome and introduction,
Zulema is also looking forward to supporting the volunteers by integrating them into the MPPP family and its projects. You can reach out to Zulema here:
