Who We Are

Mesa Prieta Petroglyph Project has always been an all-volunteer organization with a part-time project coordinator.  Currently over 100 volunteers do the work of the organization, including recording, serving as docents on the Wells Petroglyph Preserve, serving on the Board of Directors, in the office, helping with the two educational programs, and much more.
In 2015, thanks to the generosity of our donors, the project coordinator was advanced to a full-time project director; at the beginning of 2017 the administrative assistant was advanced to a full time project administrator.
Please meet the staff and volunteers who give so generously of their time:

MPPP Board of Directors

MPPP Project Archaeologist - Dr. Chester Liwosz

MPPP Education Coordinator - Sandy Romero

MPPP Volunteer Coordinator - Zulema Hinojos Fall

MPPP Petroglyph Recording Coordinator & Website Manager - Candie Borduin
