Private Tour on the Wells Petroglyph Preserve
The Preserve is closed from December 15, 2017 to March 1, 2018
Requests for tours beginning March 1st and into 2018 can be made using the form below.
**Please note that regular weekly tours on Wednesday and Saturday mornings of each week will be available beginning mid April 2018**
We understand that our regularly scheduled tours might not fit your schedule or needs. For this reason we offer private tours to be arranged in advance of your visit. See below to arrange a private tour for yourself, family and friends on the Wells Petroglyph Preserve for up to eight visitors. Tours are available from Tuesday through Saturday - the Preserve is closed Sunday and Monday.
Please read the following:
Reservations are processed Tuesday through Friday. You may submit this form at any time but please note that if it is a weekend you might not hear from us until the following week. We strive to accommodate all tour requests but that is dependent on docent availability - we have limited capacity to fulfill same or next day requests - please plan accordingly. Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions and directions to the Preserve. Tour prices begin at $200 for up to 4 people and are charged $50 per person thereafter for a maximum group size of eight participants.
All tour correspondence occurs through e-mail; please use a frequently used email address and check your "junk mail file" before calling us. Your reply will come from email@example.com. Thank you!
Tours begin at 9:30 AM unless otherwise arranged. During the months of June, July and August tours begin at 8:30 AM.
Please be advised that once Mesa Prieta Petroglyph Project has confirmed your private tour reservation your fee is non-refundable. Occasionally tours are rescheduled for unavoidable reasons such as weather, safety, trail conditions, illness or other emergency needs. In the event of such a cancellation, you will have two weeks to rebook a future tour. After that time, please consider your tour fee a donation to MPPP- we thank you!
